Halloween Previews

Sometimes our kids do sweet stuff.  Like this for example.  Ian won these free dessert coupons at his school's Tech Trek and he gave this to us for a date night.

Here is his Halloween costume.  He is our secret agent (or as our neighbors think politician).  He was the most excited about this sweet bowtie.

Justin's Columbus Day involved lots and lots of yardwork.  Here is Josie after she helped him push over a tree that was out of control over our neighbors' driveway.

We were talking about cities one day and took our first preschool fieldtrip to the library.

We had a great fall break.  It started off with a bang (for Bridget) by pulling out all of our old projects and paperwork and having the kids sort their stuff into their own file boxes.  Rachel's funniest find was her science notebook from 1st grade, "I had a pee plant.  My pee plant died."

The weather has been incredible lately.  We loved going to parks and soaking up the sun.

We headed to Castle Park with some friends and the kids loved playing "jail" in the sand.

One of our wonderful neighbors has a "Farnival" each year to celebrate their son's birthday.  He is in Josie's class and it was a pretty incredible production which benefits Primary Children's Hospital.  It was fun to have another reason to wear Halloween costumes.

And what is a Sunday without taking every DVD we own out and making a pyramid?

Or playing pirates in the front room? Josie is the Cabin Girl and Rachel is the "Captin".  Funny kids.

Josie had a fun "fieldtrip" with Justin down to Cedar City for work.  She had so much fun spending some time with Nana and Grandad.

Grandma and Grandpa took the girls to Gardner Village to see the witches.  They had a blast.

Andy and Josie had their well-checks.  At 9 months Andy is 18 lbs (8%), 27 in (7%), and 45 in head (49%).  Josie is 26.8 lbs (1%) and 37 in (5%) for her year appointment.
