"Normal" Life

Things have settled into somewhat of a routine.  School is going well for Rachel and Ian and Josie starts this coming week.  Our "normal" days include lots of craziness from these silly kids.  Here is Ian delighted at a shirt that was uncovered at Grandma's during a big cleaning job.
Justin has been really busy at work and one of his projects is this great voting campaign.  They are going to tons of events to get people registered and to teaching about voting information.
Justin has been getting busy with his play that is opening this coming weekend.  They spent last Saturday building the set.  Here is the workshop.
Ian helped paint and then took a break to play with these fun boys.

We've visited Justin on set and Andy even showed up in some tie-dye for the occassion.
We had a fun party for the first Utah football game and Josie tried to sneak as much popcorn as possible.
We headed to the beautiful Ogden temple for the open house.  There were tons of people, but it was so beautiful inside.  The kids were really good and Grandpa even helped Josie "ice skate" (aka slide) on the temple floors.  Reverent, we know.  We are so grateful to have this temple reopening soon and can't wait to go back!

We've been busy canning tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, relish, and peach jam.  Josie has turned into quite the little canning assistant.
With big kids in school we have lots of extra time for riding bikes in pajamas and boots.  Josie has also learned how to do the monkey bars at the big park.
