June - July 2018

Our little gymnast loves Brady's swings during Josie's tennis lessons.
These girls had a blast at WriteOut!  They dressed up as characters from the Lunar Chronicles for the costume gala.  Rachel was Cinder.
In the Great Hall on the first day...
Josie's favorite statue at the Shakespeare Festival was Juliet.
 Andy's was "Beer Shakes."
Rachel met Shannon Hale and talked all things Squirrel Girl with her!
These authors were so sweet to personalize things for these kids.  They were in heaven.

They gave them each a  new book.

We were blown away by the Parowan Gap petroglyphs.  It was windy but really fun.

A little clover chain for this sweet girl at the park.
We enjoyed the Cedar City Art Walk.

And it was fun to remember all the dance classes that happened at SUU for Bridget.   It is a beautiful campus.
We loved the West Bountiful 4th of July parade.
Rachel did a great job on the WB City Youth Council float.
A little fancy lunch courtesy of Josie and Andy.
The best picture ever of Justin happened at the Stake Youth Conference.  It was so fun to lead and direct three reenactments of Book of Mormon stories.
 Rameumptom

Our main director was Emily Holmgren with her sweet daughter Grace.

We loved bringing "Zoramite High" to life.
Captain Moroni was really fun too.

All the directors and stage managers for Youth Conference.

We looked terrifying for one of the activities.
Josie is a baby whisperer.  Look at Rosie!
These two got a little face paint at the Youth Conference wrap up.
Josie cooked a meal from Egypt and dressed the part for a little country report for the family.
And she is a great hiking buddy.
We loved lots of Cherry Hill time this summer and it was fun to spend time with cousins.
And this girl has some pretty great tennis teachers.
We had fun in Cedar spending time with friends watching a high school friend on International House Hunters.
We went to the cabin on Cedar Mountain with Brian and Sandy and loved it.  It was perfect weather and a beautiful time away.

Ian stayed behind for a week with Nana and Grandad and enjoyed some hiking.

He got a trip to Las Vegas with them too and said Bridget's cinnamon rolls were better.
Bridget packed up all the baby things and paused a little at this shirt.  All the Lee kids have loved this one.  It feels like we definitely have big kids now.

Scout camp was a blast for our Ian.

Grandma Hafen, Grandpa Hafen, and Pauline.

Lots of Backgammon happened with Grandad and Ian.
Ian had fun at a science camp with Byron and Westin.

We loved the waterfall hike.
Ian began his obsession with Dungeons and Dragons.
Safety Fair at the West Bountiful park.

West Bountiful brings the 4th of July flair!
 Movie time!
The best picture of Justin happened at Youth Conference.
Our beautiful "tree of life" at Youth Conference.
Justin had a great work trip to Philadelphia.

 Josie expanded her rock collection.

And Justin and Josie had the best trip to Moab!
