Going to Meetings

This week we went to the very exciting train store, Choo Choo Bob's. They not only had extremely fun model trains, but also tons of train tables set up for the kids to play with. Rachel really liked this Thomas car, but her favorite thing about the store was a ramp from the backdoor to the main floor which she ran up and down about a million times. Whatever gets the energy out on these cold winter days works for us!

When Justin got back from one of his church meetings this week, she took his tie, scriptures, and shoes, and informed us she was off to her "meeting".

She is saying funnier and funnier things lately. This week she asked me, "where does Zoe live." I answered by saying Sesame Street and she said, "that's right Mom, you're a smart girl!" She also likes to take our pictures with her play camera and she'll say, "smile for the camera." Then, if we give her a cheesy smile she'll reply with, "great smile, you're a sweet girl/boy." Rachel also had her 2-year-old check up this week and was fascinated when they had to take her routine blood sample to check for lead. She was really brave and kept saying things like "silly finger" while they were squeezing the blood out. She was pretty excited that her finger had fun red liquid inside.
