We fit in a few plays before school. After seeing great production of See How They Run there was a quick picture with some fun cast members from the Earnest cast.
Rachel continues to be busy with plans. Her latest is a "baking club" for which she made and delivered invitations herself, made badge necklaces, and then made rules. Ally and Cara were the first to join us for a day when we tried making ice cream...
which turned into milkshakes instead.
The days of fake school are over. Here is a report card given by Rachel to Ian. It's amazing that he got 100% on spelling!
The end of summer fun. We got a lot done on our list and have some more fun things to do this fall.
Everyone was excited about the first day of school.
Despite some nerves on the drop off, Rachel is loving 2nd grade and has two fantastic teachers this year.
Ian is at peace with preschool for the 2nd year and loves to see Miss Cynthia more than just at church.
Ian is full of funny ideas. One morning he just had to have a picture of all of his stuffed animals.
Josie thought it was a great idea too.
To celebrate a great first week of school Justin camped out in the backyard with the munchkins. Amazingly after ghost stories, treats, and a movie they actually all slept.
We hope school is going great for everyone!
