So, not everything other than dance was a disaster, but alliteration is always a good thing.
Poor Andy fell down a few stairs and bit the inside of his lip really badly. This picture does not do this injury justice, he has been pretty sad this week with this lip and has been showing it off in the most pouty-sad-faced kinds of ways.
Justin wanted to teach the kids a little more about budgeting and so for Family Night we withdrew $1000 in cash (don't worry it's back in the bank again) and did a little lesson about the bills we have to pay and different things we can do with savings goals. It definitely made an impression.
Silly girls doing selfies on Bridget's phone when she's not paying attention.
Anderson showing off some of his awesome fashion sense. This outfit was worn out and about on errands.
Ian is one tenacious boy and when we were all getting pretty tired of hearing about Pokemon he came up with a completely new little monster card game for us to enjoy.
These cute girls had their end of year dance recital. They were both great. Josie was definitely the little leader of her group and made everyone laugh in her second dance because she was singing along with the lyrics from Annie (You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile). Rachel looked so much more confident up there and did some really beautiful things. We were pretty proud of these cute dancers! We made Josie change back into her first outfit for pictures with her matching doll. This progression of pictures shows a lot about this girl's spunky personality.
Here they are in their first costumes.
It's blurry, but here is their wonderful teacher Miss Jenn. We're so sad this is her last year teaching. She will be missed!
Here are Rachel's cute group dancing pictures.
Here are the cute dance videos:

The next night we went to support our neighbor who was the lead in the Creative Arts Academy's production of Peter Pan. She is a phenomenal dancer and it was very inspiring for these two cute girls to see.
Great job Mikele!
