Nashville

Justin and Bridget headed to Nashville for Justin's work conference and had a great 4 days.

The library courtyard was beautiful.

We had to hit up the state capitol that day.

Justin was not so wowed by their capitol.  That's what you get when you work in one of the coolest buildings in Utah.

Tennessee is the only state capitol with people buried on the grounds.  Here is James Polk and his wife and the architect was buried in the entrance of the building.

We had to run some hills up to the capitol.

We felt a little like Rocky after the crazy workout.

We had a great time at a special concert at the Ryman Auditorium which people call the Carnegie Hall of the South.  The acoustics were incredible and we heard Ricky Skaggs, Carly Pierce, Jimmy Wayne, and T. Gram Brown.

It was just a little warm with the humidity (aka it might have been the hottest Bridget has ever been in her life!).  Here was Justin in the middle of a run.

The children's section of the public library was darling.

They even had the famous Disney puppet.

The cute renovated district Germantown was fun to walk around.

We loved the guitar pick signs.

Andy was delighted to get a picture of all the tower cranes.

 We walked through the beautiful Vanderbilt campus.

The music district is absolutely packed at night!  Nashville is a bachelorette party destination and people took their partying seriously.
