July Fun

We were delighted to meet sweet baby Summer!  Rachel was the only one without a cough so she was able to meet her the day she was born.

She is absolutely adorable and Kassia is doing great too!

Justin is a goof even in his play tux.

Josie went to a really fun birthday party with a slip-n-slide and dunk tank.

Rachel and Ian finished up a great session of karate (Ian was a little under the weather the last day).

The Orson Spencer Hall at the U where Justin and Bridget had many, many classes is being demolished soon.  It was so strange to see it all boarded up.

 Justin was meeting with a delegation from China about Utah and elections issues and the kids were invited to speak so they could demonstrate how the immersion program worked.  They had to speak in the mics like they were testifying at a committee meeting so it was a little intimidating, but they did a great job.  The delegation was so kind and gave them little gifts to show their appreciation.

 Then we topped off a busy week with a summer drive-in movie.  We saw the Secret Life of Pets and BFG.  Only Justin and Rachel made it to the end of the second movie without falling asleep.  Fun times though!
