Settling In

Life is getting pretty normal in our new home. Other than a couple more little organization projects and fixing our washer that got broken in the move (which is hopefully happening tomorrow), we're officially moved in. And, it only took a month. As far as activities, two of our most unusual things we didn't even take pictures of: Justin and the kids built a snow arch that they could climb through while he stood on top and we made it to dinner with great friends from Minnesota the Willoughbys and the Mortensens. As far as the pictured "events" here goes... The easel is now a hit with Ian too and it's nice they can paint at the same time.

Rachel got to go to U of U gymnastics with her Dad on a date. She was a pretty cute fan and ended her fun evening with a trip to Gourmandise Bakery with Justin and the grandparents.
Ian is all about little projects lately and the other day he insisted on making a "teeny animal bunkbed" for his little animals. Of course, it had to have a label made in circle form. What bunkbed doesn't need that?
Look how comfy everyone is in the bunks. (Yes, he's using a cellphone holder as a sleeping bag for a little dog.)
We keep having snow and so one afternoon we decided to pull out the nail polish and paint some toes. This was Josie's first time and she couldn't get over how pretty her toes were. She kept looking at them and saying, "pitty!"
And, last but not least we got Rachel's hair chopped off! She was so tired of getting it brushed all of the time and was really excited about the idea so we had about 6 inches cut off. She loves how much easier it is to brush and as usual she is a cutie.
The end!
