End of Year Music


Music performances began with the Bountiful Art Center piano-a-thon.  Bridget was invited as a little piano backup with Kristen.  It went 88 straight hours so that meant someone was lucky enough to play in the middle of the night.  Those "luckies" were in our family...
 
At 2:30 am these cuties played for about 15 minutes.  It was hard to get going, but then they were fine.
 


They were pretty excited about the pizza and ice cream in the morning too!
 These two had a really nice recital in preparation for their testing.
Then the big event was at the University where they were tested on pieces, etude, scales, sight reading, etc.
 They got a "little" treat afterwards.
 This cute girl had her first violin recital.  She played Variation A on the E string and did a great job.  She was pretty nervous with the packed house but really did well.
 It was around Mother's Day so each student gave their moms a rose for helping them.
