July Fun

Summer is flying by and July has been a lot of fun so far.  Here are some of the things we have been up to this month:
Ian went to a darling pioneer birthday party for his friend Lily (also pictured are Gretel and Caleb).
Justin is currently the Executive Secretary for our congregation for Bishop Porter and to thank us and the other families that help in the bishopric he invited us up to their cabin at Bear Lake.  It was such a fun couple of days and Josie said it was "better than Disneyworld".  Maybe because she had time with some of these cute friends (Taylor especially).

This was the trailer that Andy loved (we'd already had to leave at this point).

The whole group.  And poor Justin had messed up his foot/ankle the day before (the x-rays were inconclusive but it was either a hairline fracture or a bad sprain.  He was a good sport though and the kids loved jet skis and getting a turn riding the boat.
It was topped off with a trip to Aggie ice cream afterwards.  Josie decided that it was all better than Disneyworld.
Summer is a great time for making your siblings dress up like crazy people and do funny fashion shots.

We had a fun Monopoly game and Rachel had to give our broken Peter Pan a little car.

We love going to parks and this night it felt so good to go right before bedtime when it was a little cooler.

The Raingutter Regatta for the Cub Scouts was really fun and Ian did a great job.

We took swim lessons at Justin's Uncle Richard's  house this year and it was really nice up there.
 Ian being a "farmer".

We visited the Cathedral of the Madeline and a wonderful organist was playing.  Andy wasn't too crazy about the acoustics.
The kids made tons of progress swimming this year.  Josie really learned a ton with this sweet 2nd cousin.

Then during free time Rachel was so good to help Josie.  I love when this girl is being so kind!
Uncle Richard was so nice to these two swimmers.  He is hilarious and the kids learned a ton!
It has been great to have cousins here this summer.  We headed to the little scuplture garden to check it out.

The to Liberty Park afterwards to some playtime.
We finally went through and organized our last year school and art papers.  Wow!
We had a fun cousin sleepover.
