Andy is 3!

This spunky little boy has now turned 3!  Because his birthday fell two days after Thanksgiving we were able to celebrate with both sides of the family.  He is one lucky boy!


We loved how excited he was about this fun construction cake with chocolate rocks.  Rachel and Josie were big helpers in decorating.  He was so excited about his presents this year and has read the books, played with the toys, and worn the clothes whenever he has been able to since the big day.  Thank you everyone!

Andy had his check up and is 28 lbs (13%) and 35 inches (5%).  He is a smarty and the doctor loved how verbal he is and that he knew his shapes, colors, etc already.  Things we love about our Anderson at age three are:
He loves the color green and is so excited when his plate, cup, ice cream, etc are that color,.
He loves Daniel Tiger and pretty much always chooses to watch that when he gets to watch a show.
He is absolutely obsessed, and quite knowledgeable, about anything with wheels - excavators, trains, everything!
He loves to dance and be silly.
He loves to have books read to him and his favorites are probably his transportation books and Elephant and Piggie books.
His favorite animal is elephants (because of these cute books).
He loves the songs "Praise to the Man" and the "Snowman Song".
He is so happy when he can be outside riding his bike or running around with friends.
He is a pretty good eater with everything except raw vegetables.  His favorite fruits are pineapple, grapes, and berries.  He gets pretty excited about any kind of noodle, yogurt, and nachos.
We love this funny boy and are so happy to have him in our family!
