Brooke sent these fun pictures from the Children's Jubilee last year. It gave Bridget hope that she would be normal-sized again.
We had a couple of busy piano weeks. It started with piano duets. Ian played with cute Sophie...
and Rachel played with Hope.
They both did really well and were happy to be done!
One day they decided to be spies. Josie's spy outfit consisted of pajamas, crocs, apron, and raincoat.
Ian came home from church one day and wanted to recreate the parable of the Wise and the Foolish Man. His underwear-clad sister was excited about the event.
Ian had Rachel make up "cowboy and cowgirl contracts" to solidify their intent to be in character "forever". Their new names are Dusty Star Lee and Violet Star Lee. These contracts are pretty much the best thing Rachel has written to date.
Our ninja showing off his breakfast muscles.
And Josie following suit.
Rachel finished Suzuki piano book 1 and while Nana and Grandad visited we had a family recital.
Here are some of the programs.
Some crazy shots Rachel took of Ian while she was working on a Reflections project for school.
Josie sang "I Am Like a Star Shining Brightly" for the program.
In addition to her piano pieces, Rachel sang "Build an Ark" which is one of her new favorite songs.
Along with his piano pieces Ian wowed us with some sweet "hip hop" moves.
We then headed down to a ward party in the park and the kids enjoyed some fun activities and we all loved the yummy food.
