Bridget had the chance to take the kids to Cedar City for the Orchestra of Southern Utah Children's Jubilee (which Bridget helped raise the money for them to do).
We soaked up the sun by heading on a walk and to see the old Adams Theater before it's demolished.
The Jubilee was fantastic and we loved the many activities (Josie is finishing up her paper electrical circuit).
The animals were a hit!
And the music was so fun. It was a pretty great event that Nana can definitely be proud of!
The kids also had fun at their house. This is their attempt to build something as long as a giraffe.
Josie had a chance to play in a masterclass with concert violinist
Ga Hyun Cho, from South Korea. Our girl was so brave and did a great job at Song of the Wind. We loved that after she was finished this sweet teacher said, "I don't even know how to make that better!" Don't worry she came up with a few ideas. It was a great opportunity!
It was good to get back home to our annual heart attack all over the kitchen. Bridget is going to try to remember that maybe her kids really do like her cooking throughout the year when no one eats very much other than Justin and herself.
