The Birthday Girl

Rachel had a really fun birthday this year.  Because she'd just been on a trip things were low key but just right for our 11 year old.

 She took three friends (Brynn, Hannah, and Ruby) to Boondocks for some games and lots of lazer tag.

 They were so sweet and spoiled her with great presents.  Afterwards we headed for some donuts and lots of laughing.

 Rachel has the fun opportunity of having a pen pal from China.  This was the sweet letter she just received.  Our favorite was she described herself as "friendly and lively."

 Our birthday girl chose some fondue for her family party.  It was so yummy!

And Nana was so sweet to even have a present ready to go - thank you!

Her favorite color is purple.
Her favorite food is molasses foam and anything potatoes.
Her favorite movies are the Harry Potter.
She loves to read, spend time outside, crochet, cook, and be with friends and family.
This girl is doing great at school and loves to take surveys and give the results to her class.
She is a great helper with her siblings and for her Mom and we love having her in our family!
