Tonsils

Ian had to get his tonsils out in hopes to have his ears drain so he can hear out of his plugged left ear.  So we   headed up to Primary Children's early in the morning and the boy was delighted to get to play video games first thing in the morning.
 Surgery is the best!

Okay, maybe not the best.  Poor boy.  Things went pretty well.  His tonsils were humongous and his adnoids were so enlarged they cut them in half.  This boy was a serious champ.  He was eating food the second day and really did an amazing job with the recovery.  The hardest thing was the results of the anesthesia (constipation was no fun).  Unfortunately, at his month after follow up we found out his ears have filled back up with fluid so we're trying an allergy spray in hopes that we don't have to do tubes and go through all of this again.  Yikes.  I guess we'll see what happens.
Ian got a new best friend from Grandma.
What did the girls do during all of this?  Justin took them to a production of Suessical the Musical and they are both addicted to the fun music.
While they were gone Ian taught Andy about the important things in life by having a "Pokemon school".
