Wrapping Up

The last few weeks at our old home were bittersweet.  We were excited to have more space and buy a home again, but knew we'd miss our neighbors so much.  We made things for the new house and Josie helped by demonstrating her slender frame.  We enjoyed being outside when we had nice days.
And for a preschool fieldtrip we headed into the Clark Planetarium on the train.
Daddy saved the day by meeting us there on his lunch break so that Anderson could be fed.
We prepared for General Conference with Rachel's fun "conference coin" find from the Friend magazine.  We gave the kids "coins" when they did good things and then when General Conference came around they bought treats from the conference store.
Then the big move came.  We found disgusting things like totally dehydrated apples that had fallen out of hiking packs.
And at the beginning we were excited to have the truck and start packing.  But after four days of moving out we were totally exhausted and have been unpacking since.  We're hoping to be finished with everything in the new house this week and are getting used to everything here.  We were incredibly humbled by all the kind people who watched our kids, brought us food, helped clean, and helped us move.  We were so fortunate to live in such a great place and we will miss our old neighbors immensely.  It's good that they're so close!
