Where did the spring go?

Well, we're back to full blown blizzard conditions today. Ian and Rachel were looking out the window this morning saying "stop, snow" again and again. If only it would work because we are getting tired of being snowed-in. These are kind of old pictures, but since we had a lazy week we added them. We went to a little potluck a while ago and it was fun to be out with some of our neighbors. The kids always have a blast going to the "party room" and the food was great.

Checking out the goods with the truck.

Ian wants to be just like his Dad and whenever Justin comes back from a workout Ian goes straight for his tunes. Doesn't he look like a big boy?
We used the bad weather as an excuse to do one of our favorite things - make cookies. Bridget gives each kid a little stirring bowl to stir their own ingredients as we mix the actual dough. Ian got a little excited about tasting his mixture and tipped the whole bowl up.
Showing off his "handsome face." Delicious.
For a date, Justin and Bridget decided to make the 30 minute trek to Preston, Idaho to check out all of the happenings there. It was a pretty hip place and they got a little makeover while they were there. Side ponytails are a very versatile pregnancy hairstyle and Justin is loving the moon boots.
This is our current view outside. Hopefully it will change soon because we're all anxious to start enjoying a Logan spring.

I love "The Witch of Blackbird Pond." It's fun to read children's literature--easy to get through and fast.

Look at all that snow!
